Hi there, my CRS score-414 and currently in Manitoba EOI--SW profile waiting for ITA from last 6 months. Not enrolled in EE pool. So wanted to know if can enroll in EE pool with this CSR score and while being in Manitoba EOI profile. IELTS - 6 band?
Any help much appreciated.

People keep saying that CRS will never drop from 440 because of new IELTS results. In my opinion, I think it will drop to between 438-440 this time. A good reason why I say so is because while IELTS results are being released, some candidates are loosing points through birthdays, rejection, etc. So keep the hope alive guys. We shall make it one way or the other and we shall tell the tales.

That's all fine. But, I haven't yet ruled out a 3-week gap draw.

Only selected centres has this facility. For example in India only few centres in Delhi has computerized option.

I'm waiting at 431 for long time now. It's a long way from 440 to 431 if crs keeps dropping by 1 point every draw. Wondering if I can still keep hope or change my plans? IELTS looks impossible anymore. What do applicants with this kind of score are doing now? Is it possible to find any job there with LMIA?

I just wanted to ensure, that my efforts and expenditure are worthwhile and fetches additional EE points. Hence this dilemma.
So, Do you mean a 6 month Post graduate diploma(from a reputed institution) along with 4Year Bachelor's will be considered as "Two or more certificates" category in CRS calculator?

I am at 439 and still doubting my chances given the trends and also the tactic CIC using this year so far

This might be one of the last draws to have 3 750... I feel they will go down to 3 500 shortly or even "skip a draw".
