they have 4000 more nominations to give which translates to around 6000 NOI's as not everyone will accept the noi. so im guessing they will issue approx 3000 noi to HCP. needs to be seen.
I can see that they've given about 4000 NOIs so far in 2018 and I remember reading earlier that OINP nomination target for 2018 is 6600. Is there any available data on how many nominations they've given so far? Where did you get the pending 4000 nomination data? Also, they've not given any proclamation that they may not fulfill this year's quota, right? Because they haven't given out NOI under any category after May :O

Few queries regarding completing the EE profile, can anyone kindly let me know:
1. For PGDM, I have selected field of study as "Business, Management, Marketing and Related Support Services" - is that correct?
2. For Engineering (Electronics & Telecom) degree, I have selected field of study as "Science, Applied" - is that correct?
3. Under Work history, I have two different NOCs for two periods in the same job (previous employer). I should create 2 lines with different timeline and NOC, but with same employer name, right?
4. I have created 2 separate EE profiles, one with myself as PA and spouse as secondary, the other with spouse as PA and myself as secondary. But I'm not showing spouse work history in my EE profile and not showing my work history in spouse profile, as we don't have any Canadian work exp. Can this create any problem, as in will IRCC link these 2 profiles and deduce that we're not declaring work exp as secondary even though same individuals have shown work exp as PA, and decide it as misrepresentation?
5. For my spouse, the graduation institution is a college whereas the degree is awarded by a university. The ECA is also done based on transcripts provided by university. For the "Name of School/Institution" field, should I provide the college or university name?
6. For the Research question on education and work experience, is it OK to select "No" - will it affect getting ITA or PR application in any way?

Thanks a lot in advance :)
Any kind souls to help out on EE profile related queries? :)

The number of nominations issued so far is on their site. It's 2601. So for these number of nominations they issued around 4000 noi. For the remaining 3999 nominations they might issue around 6000 noi going by the math.

1. Correct.
2. Correct.
3. Create 2.
4. No Problem
5. University
6. No impact

None of your questions have any misrepresentation issues. All are less impact matters. IRCC only cares about fraudulent information. Non declaration or minute differences are acceptable.

You know whats actually really sad? Last year I sat on a 413 score, I got a damn ITA in June, submitted my application and not until Sept I got my application canceled due to one silly missing document. Now been waiting on 438 for well almost another year :(
I'm in the same boat as you bro. I was at 420 and got the ITA, but the application was rejected due to a stupid mistake of my immigration consultant, which was also due to some dates missing in the Police Certificate from my home country.
I feel like beating up the guy cause I had been calling and chasing them every week regarding any query from IRCC and they always said there was no update.. even though they had received a message to clarify before rejection. They slept on the notice for over 3 months despite my weekly calls.

Now even though I'm at 432, I don't have much hope of the ITA.

Thanks, I searched and found this out in the below page on OINP site :) But I've a doubt, the number of nominations given are only till 3rd May and not up to date. For that date, I think nominations could have been given for NOIs issued maximum till end of March (may be even before that).
Even if I go with that, number of NOIs given in April+May is 730 for which nominations are yet to be given. So, NOI to Nomination conversion rate ~ 2600/3270 or about 80%. With that figure, total number of NOIs required for 6600 nominations would be 6600/0.8 = 8250.
So, pending number of NOIs would be 4250 and number under HCP stream about 45% of that, around 2000.
But most importantly, they'll have to restart issuing NOIs for all these calculations :p

Cool I haven't done that detailed level of calculation, 2000 noi for HCP seems right. They would probably issue these in about 6 to 8 batches and align them with the regular ee draws.

Haha, strict ultimatum :p
But I thought he already took the test on 30th June, isn't it?
No, 7th July. I should have gone for re-evaluation the last time when he had 9,9,8.5 and 7. Usually, they increase the writing score by 0.5 on reevaluation. But our CRS was 444, so didn't bother. This time, the listening test was pretty tough. He may not get 8.5, let alone a 9 :( reevaluation is useless if you have less marks in Listening and reading. Let's see, the result will be out tomorrow.

Even if I don’t get ITA till I loose points, I'll be content if draws occur consistently without anymore seeming tinkering, then perhaps we might go sub 440 (435 to 439) sometime in September. You analysts keep us hopeful.

It's amazing how you've been able to arrive at these estimates, just brilliant. Working on your figures, assuming new entrants 442 above (including new pnp recipients) are 300/week, hence the following estimates on 24th July:

440 till 24th July: 1400
441 till 24th July: 1400
442 and above: 600
Total: 3400

Assuming ITA size stays thesame, safe to project conservatively a 441 or 440 cutoff on the 25th of July? But, what would the tie break date be for these 2 scenarios? Then we could start hoping for a sub 440 cut off.
New entrants at CRS 441 - CRS 1200 have been averaging above 200/day not 300/week.

I agree with you. Couple of times my examiner was the same British lady and she gave me 8.5 on both occasions. However a Filipino/British and an African/British ladies gave me 7.5 and 7.0 respectively in Speaking.
Indian applicants on this thread will also endorse this opinion, I am sure.
I missed a police report from my original country.Though I lived abroad for 9 years by then in three different countries. I was required to get two forms of the police reports from my original country but I only submitted one. I just had a lot of documents and I simply missed one. I was doing the application alone with no help.
Why did you need 2 PCCs from your home country?

Thank you..Really looking forward to it. Will add 3 points to our CRS and 442 seems to be IRCC's favorite number this year, lol.
