Everyone's disappointment with that cut-off score is understandable. I'm disappointed as well. But that tie-breaking rule''s date is a huge positive. Everyone on or above 442 are cleared.

Also, how much time does it take after the draw to get a message in inbox. I have score of 464 and it is still showing 'submitted' in the application status.
