Decline of invites or crs?Likely to lead to higher decline rate at least in first few draws. If CIC wants to maintain a certain number of PR from each draw they should ideally raise the invitations. To may be 4000 in next few draws.

Well it seems they did, keep up with IRCC.That's a glitch, when express entry was launched it was 60 days, they never changed it. Don't worry you have 90 days
Ok thanksYou have get a PCC from Indian consulate i.e. once you leave India to UK
What you know is correct, ask your consultant to give his clients to you, might be able to guide them better than that consultant!Hi
Recently I met an immigration consultant who told me that for applying to OINP, one has to give an expression of interest first to enable Ontario identify and send Notification of Interest to candidates for applying for PNP.
This is contrary to my understanding, according to which, one has to indicate Ontario/all provinces as preferred place for immigration in his EE profile.
I am not sure, what is the right process.
PS: I had created my ee profile myself without using any immigration consultant.
Thanks
Double checking mine to confirm your info...Ok thanks
The current format for the Indian pcc I got from the consulate is strange!!
It says “there is no adverse information, including on criminal matters available against (my name) Indian passport holder no (xxx) issued in Delhi in 2014 valid till 2024 which would render him/her ineligible for immigration purposes”
So there are no dates mentioned of when was I last in India. I hope this is fine and this is how it is!!
I think the highlighted understanding is correct... I made a EE profile(like you did) and selected ON as a province of choice(since I am living/working here), after a few days around 10-12 days later I received the NOI from OINP.Hi

www.cicnews.com/2018/06/ircc-reduces-express-entry-permanent-residence-application-deadline-to-60-days-0610808.htThen you have 90, don't worry Here is proof, so it's not just some strange forum members word
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/become-candidate.html
It says
- If you were invited to apply before June 26, 2018, you still have 90 days to complete your application.
Interesting, maybe IRCC are trying to flush out the outstanding ITAs to see how many more invites they need to issue to hit targets for 2018. In 2017 86,022 ITAs were issued to 79,869 unique candidates. That is about a 7% decline or expiry rate on ITAs.New deadline to complete your permanent resident application
The deadline to submit your application for permanent residence is now 60 days.
If you were invited to apply before June 26, 2018, you still have 90 days to complete your application.
If you’re invited to apply after June 26, 2018, you’ll have 60 days to complete your application.
