Actually they are not giving me LMIA but yes but they are giving me job letter with the duties pay and tme so will remaining 6 months count as continuous 2 years please let me know i am too confused

Once you are able to complete another 6 months of Canadian work experience , then 1 yr 6 months + 6 months = 2yrs work Canadian experince

Yes and even if the NOC was different but skill type 0, A or B it would still be counted as 2 years of work experience.

So my work permit expires in june 2019 and yes i already have experience of 1 year 6 months in one company as technical support representative and want to change my company who is giving me the title as client support Representative so if i work for the remaining 6 months as a client support will it give me a total of 2 years of experience and will give me the points accordingly

Yes job title/designation does not matter but your job duties must match with your selected NOC code's description. It will be counted two years after you complete 24 months combined both jobs.

• a reference or experience letter from the employer, which
  • should be an official document printed on company letterhead (must include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information [address, telephone number and email address], and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company),
  • should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits;

Edit: If the work experience is in Canada, proof may include copies of T4 tax information slips and notices of assessment issued by the Canada Revenue Agency (the time period for these documents should reflect the work experience timeframe [e.g., work experience from 2006 to 2008 requires only documents from those calendar years]).

I have completed 1 year and 6 months of my job as a technical support representative at a company which falls under the NOC B code. Now I wanted to change my job to client support representative role at a different company which also falls under the NOC B code. So i wanted to know that if I make this change will it be counted as a total 2 years of experience for my PR under express entry??

Below are my current job duties for tech suppport role

• Assists customers with installation, operational, maintenance and or training related inquiries for products and applications.
• Researches and handles involved or complex calls as directed.
• Follows documentation and training materials to diagnosis, resolve and escalate, when necessary, customers’ calls.
• Enters all call activity into online Technical Support database and provides documented information to the Knowledge Base.
• Serves as customer contact on technical and service related problems both internal and external
• Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures using established procedures.
• Operates under moderate supervision.
• Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
• May schedule service calls and escalate to other departments for customer support.
• Performs all duties on time and is proactive in improving customer relations and internal processes.

So do you think it is a wise move below are the duties of my current job and for my upcoming jobs so they fall under same NOC codes i.e B but i am confused if they are under the same duties so can you please throw some light on this part if the duties match according to the CIC requirements or not

I was your reading your other post, you said that you are currently on 379 points. I guess way too low... even after you add work ex points etc, I highly doubt you will have enough points.
