New to this thread. Hope can fetch some guidance. I am at 440. Shall I go for IELTS on 30th June or 7 July? Asking cz both will have results before 25th July 2018 draw. Is there any chance for 440 before that? This has become critical for me. Cz my current assignment in Canada will be over on 30th August. And I want to get my bridge open work permit (which I can apply along with PR) before that.
 
With the not happening today, chances are it may get pushed to next week(and I don't pray for that).

But that's where my concern starts, new people being added from the PNP nominations(200), Federal Skilled Trades Program(FSTP) (500) and other applicants creating EE profiles and adding themselves to the pool, will increase minimum cut off.

This has been my experience earlier in March 2018. Cut off went from 442(Feb, 21) in one draw and ended up at 456(March, 14) in the very next draw :(

If this was to happens once again(god forbid) there will be a lot of dejection within this group :(
 
Doubt there will be a draw today. I have a score of 456 and have been waiting all day. Nothing yet. Is there a possibility it goes over 456 by next week?

Yes... I suggest you to retake on Jun 30 or July 7.

Since the draw didn´t happen today, there is a really big chance that the CRS will jump to 446 or more for next Wednesday. For example: last time there was a 3 weeks gap (from Feb 21 to March 14) the CRS increased from 442 to 456. So, being realistic, you have better chances if you retake.

I am @434 with hubby and we are already moving to Plan B and C (me retaking IELTS on Jun 30, and him taking french lessons starting next Saturday!)

I don´t think so... You are safe for next wednesday. Last time it increased from 442 to 456. This time CRS was 440, so maybe it will increase to a max 453

And if you cannot stay legally in Canada leave. Improve your score and get the PR from outside. You will still be considered in CEC. Some of my friends left Canada. got PR and came back. One of them has got CoPR this week after two years. Since they had Canadian experience they got job offers quite easily.

1500CAD is a big amount. Everyone was like, the score will sure come down to 430s, except me :p I never for a minute thought I had a chance in every draw since my ITA expired. That's being REALISTIC. but realism is banned on ROH thread :p so I am cheerful and hopefulnow :p will try to improve our score and leave the rest to God... That's all we can do.

same situation as mine at 439!
Definitely taking Ielts on June 30, no hope otherwise
