I received a NOI from Ontario on 26 Feb. I was never told by my lawyer, but came to know day before yesterday that they did submitted a parallel application to OINP and EE early April

I don’t pay for it because my org is footing the bill

I was like WTF just happened....

Sorry, I don't understand, what happened? Did you have and had applied for a nomination all this time, but you weren't aware?

I had enough EE points through the draw on 14 Mar, but my lawyers didn’t wanted to take a chance incase some points slip because of ag change & language expire before submission.
I told them not to proceed, but it seems it with was my org that called the ultimate shot

I only got it to 440 on Tue . So I really thought yesterday was my day but I guess not.

Ah I'm sorry man. It did seem so close yesterday. But I did get the impression that one's profile should be from 2018 nomination, so you might have to create a new profile to make yourself eligible for the draws. Do you have a birthday or something coming up? I would wait it out for the next 2-3 draws, and if not, recreate your profile. But it sure is a tough situation!

Hi what do you mean get a Canadian masters? Like apply for a Canadian study permit and study abroad?
yes, exactly. I had applied to a few colleges (Ontario) in February for September intake to Ontario and all of them rejected saying the study gap :(

to apply for pnp one needs to submit employment contracts for all work experience? Please correct me if i am wrong.

Is this a positive news??
IRCC acknowledges that there is talent embedded below the CRS cutoff and would like to go DEEP into the Express entry pool in search of candidates with "changing nature of work".

It's just to attract more people into the pool, nothing concrete I believe. If they are so serious about it they would not have missed yesterday's draw and there are similar skipped draws since the beginning of JAn 2018 . They intend to keep the score above 440 for some reasons yet hope to get more people than last year :(

R u married?? If so ur spouses language proficiency can add up some point for u??Doing Masters is a long process..n would take 3 years from ur life..U can either try for student visa..Go for masters there or Doing french can also add up some point for u..That is also way out..i am at 431 n i am also thinking in these lines..or else clb10 will make my score jump to 440..Let the ray of hope intact..There is always a way out..
He lost 25 points on transferability, that's why. But he can do any post secondary diploma for 1 year (and it does not have to be master). That will give him:
1. 25 points in transferability + some points for 2 diplomas.
So he will loose like 5 points but he will gain 30+ points = 25+ points for him
So in his case studies is the best way.
