Ielts results are out today. So maybe they are waiting for the pool number to go up which might increase the CRS score for today

Ended up with CRS 418. Maxed out my IELTS points.
Options left are a) learning French b) studying in Canada c) getting a Masters degree, I will go with b and could improve my score to 455.
But will express entry be in place till Mid 2020 and will cutoff realistically stay around 455. Predictions anyone?
