you will, tie-brake rule only applies to those at exactly the cut-off score (440 today).

MAY 23, 2018 - DRAW PREDICTION:

I have come up with the prediction for the 90th draw.

If it happens today (May 23) with:
3500 ITAs - CRS 440
3750 ITAs - CRS 439
4000 ITAs - CRS 439

The variance in the above calculation is +/- 2 CRS.

Please find below the CRS cut off in case the number of ITAs issued is more/less than the predicted ITA count:

Please help me understand the tie breaker. Profile submitted dec 30th 12.01 AM EST. Tie breaker says 6.39 utc . which gets converted to 1.39 AM EST . Am I through?
