More over the draw time and the announcement time is not usually the same.
Announcement happens anywhere between 30 mins to 5 hours after the draw

And those aren't even times of announcement, but times of the draws. They are announced later than the actual draws are conducted. But yeah, we might wait all night :) but it could also me announced right this moment. Nerve wracking!

MAY 23, 2018 - DRAW PREDICTION:

I have come up with the prediction for the 90th draw.

If it happens today (May 23) with:
3500 ITAs - CRS 440
3750 ITAs - CRS 439
4000 ITAs - CRS 439

The variance in the above calculation is +/- 2 CRS.

Please find below the CRS cut off in case the number of ITAs issued is more/less than the predicted ITA count:

I thought they do it usually 50mins ago......and today it is late or it's not happening as next week another Wednesday still falls in this month
 
Congrats everyone who got ITA. Lost it in tie-breaker. Three and half years of waiting continues.
