There is one applicant who got ITA today at 441. He/she created the account on November 20th, 2017. I am still wondering why he/she didn't receive ITA after the last draw? The tie-break rule isn't very transparent either. Although they said people who created profiles before December 7 would get ITA, but probably not all of them got ITA...strange thing...That might be the reason why the cut-off score and the tie-break didnt move significantly.

its me who got the ITA at 441 with Nov 20, 2017 profile. Initially it got the ITA as spouse non accompanying; later thought to add my wife as well.So declined the previous and reentered the pool with 441. the profile submission date remained the same though...

Hope the mystery is solved..

How do you know?

None of statements has any facts behind apart of your hopes.

It is possible for several draws in a row having the same CRS score. It is just not very probable.

The chance of future draw to drop or to increase depends on lot of factors.
So far the trend is that, there is increasing numbers of total EE profiles in the system, so that alone indicates increasing competition.

On a contrary, it is logical that every step down, there are more potential competitors (candidates) that can achieve the given score. So at certain point system will find the new balance (and it will be oscillating around it with a long term tendency to go slightly up - because of the increasing competition).

If you look at the partials from May 4th, you'll see that we had a sharp increase in high points applications in the last few days before this draw. That's too abrupt to indicate a trend, and most likely comes from a batch release of nominations or something like that.

Earlier this year we had frequent cut off increases because an abnormally small number of ITAs were being given out. Since this number normalized to what should be the normal (given IRCC's immigration goals), we constantly have had cut off decreases. So, if anything, we're on a downward trend currently, albeit one soft enough to have occasional ups-and-downs. We still have some way to go before we reach an equilibrium.

By the way, I was registering myself for IELTS on 2nd of June, but by the time I filled out the form, all seats were taken,lol. Now the next test is on June 30th I guess. What should I do now? Wait until the next draw and then register for IELTS? or start learning french lol. I am thinking about visiting the French school nearby and volunteer for any job that they need some help with lol

Yes we do get such notification in our email account when any modification is done in our express entry but don't know what kind of message we get when recieving ITA.

Is your score 439? If that's the case why do you want to retake IELTS, unless you want immigrate faster. If couple of months won't make a difference just wait, you will get it soon.

even if you take IELTS, by the time you get a slot and get results, they could still expire. if PCC and medical aren't as expensive as IELTS in your country, then I would suggest to redo them when you get an ITA.
P.S. My IELTS scores are exactly same as yours. You will have tough time topping that and would be wasting money.
