My Score is 441 but created my account on January 22, 2018. Tie breaker rule is going to make me wait for a sometime now

This draw doesn't make any sense.. .
I have a CRS of 450. However, I created my EE profile on 5th May. Now, in the draw, they have mentioned the pool distribution as of May 4th, 2018. So, what does that mean, am I in those 3500 invited or will have to wait for next draw?
I still have following status on my profile:
"Have I been invited to apply? - You do not have an invitation to apply at this time."

When I refreshed the CIC page, the first thing I noticed was the score and I’m like, nah no draw yet. But then I saw the date was today and that’s when I realized that it still has the same score and pretty close tie breaker date.
2313 entry above 441 in May 4. How come more than 1200 entry above 441 enters the pool in just 5 days.

You're both in. The tie-breaker is only for those at 441. Since you have more than that, you're in.
