Hello Everyone!
What a pleasant morning it is. Just recieved my IELTS score and got 8877 in LRSW, which takes my CRS to 480. Surely I will be getting ITA on next Wednesday.

I have a query -
my spouse is a canadian citizen but We are not in talking terms for more than a year now. Also, she had previously withdrew spouse sponsership application where she was sponser and I was sponsered person.

What documents do I need to submit for my spouse? I'm sure she won't provide any help or information. Rather she would make all efforts to make things difficult for me.

Also, would previous withdraw of spouse sponsership application make any negative impact on my PR file now??

Was at 440 early this year. At 435 now. Hopefully, there'll be 3 draws of 3500 this month. Lucky you, just have to wait till next Wednesday.

No need to decline the ITA if you get it early. Just wait until you actually met the 3 years work experience date and submit the e-APR after that date.

This situation is also going to happen to me in next month. Because I am gaining 4 years work experience in JULY 16, but my score will increase to 436 in JUNE 1.

If I receive ITA in JUNE, I will not submit e-APR before JULY 16, but I will submit the e-APR after JULY 16.

At the time of the e-APR, processing officers should compare both CRS scores to determine which of the following scenarios should be applied:

• If the applicant’s CRS score at the time of the e-APR is equal to or higher than the lowest-ranked score in the round of invitations, the application will not be refused under section A11.2, as long as the applicant’s supporting documentation corroborates their claims and they continue to meet the MEC for Express Entry, including the requirements of the program to which they were invited to apply.
• If the applicant’s CRS score at the time of the e-APR is lower than the lowest-ranked score in the round of invitations, the application should be refused under section A11.2 for not having maintained the qualifications that would justify the ITA.

I don’t know the answer to your query but just want to give some encouragement. Well done for going through this process, Express Entry. I hope you get the visa and show her you can do it by yourself.

Anybody knows why IELTS results are late this time for people in USA?
Usually they were available about 8-9pm on Thursday (when it's Friday in Australia) but today results are still not available even when it's already 11pm CST

A quick question guys.

A friend just completed his Canadian masters this month, he has received the letter of completion from the University. The convocation date is around middle of this month.

He updated his EE profile with Masters degree awarded and his overall score is now 444. Is that correct or Should he wait for the convocation & select "In good standing but no certificate or diploma or degree awarded" till then.

Based on the projected cutoff he will get an ITA for the next draw. Any input is much appreciated

Why can't you apply for the may 23rd draw..you can work on finances once you receive ITA

Im expecting that only by November our account will be in a good solid standing with good 6 months averages. We also have a personal loan to close. So its better to wait out than to get rejection for whatever reason.

My wife's ielts result is out today. While creating express entry profile, it is asking for test results form number which i guess is available only when the hard copy is delivered. Keeping the next draw of may 9th in mind and with a crs score of 440 I would like to enter the pool by may 8th. Is there any way to find out the test results form number online? Or any other way like going to ielts centre and collect it prior to the delivery

If the centre was IDP I belive you can see the TRf number online. And for BC I believe there is also a formula to find the TRF number. But I would suggest you to be very careful about it.

I dont think the crs will increase in the next couple draws, so probably just wait out..
We have received the IDP ielts results today, too, but i dont suppose the trf code is available online. The PDF version has the trf field blank. Its also possible it would appear later i guess, but currently just a few hours after announcement, its not yet there.
