thanks mate for the info. do i need to wait till i get ITA to ask for PCC ? also for medical do i need to show reference ?
For the country you are currently living you should take appointment on early next week as it will be valid for next 6 months. For medical it depends on the medical center some takes without ITA some requires. Check for medical in you area here http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx?_ga=2.167345021.2135246913.1520561307-1401868509.1519431518

Guys, do anything to get your CRS scores up. Initially wrote my CELPIP text with the following scores

Listening - CLB 10
Reading - CLB 10
Writing - CLB 8
Speaking - CLB 9

This gave me a total CRS score of 435.

I took the risk of rewriting it a month later and got the following scores:

Listening - CLB 10
Reading - CLB 10
Writing - CLB 9
Speaking - CLB 9

My CRS score jumped up to 480.

The ROH is real. You can do it, already gathering my documents for ITA. Best of luck guys.

PS: if anyone here resides in Edmonton, feel free to message me :)
hey did you ask for re-evaluation on your Writing?

No, I did not ask for a re-evaluation.

I studied meticulously for the exam again and I kinda had my fears, took the risk but it was worth it.
I did mine for second time as well...and mine is L11 S8 W7 R10 ....asked for re-evaluation of writing ..good luck
