I am relatively new to this. I've tried to stay updated with whatever news i found online and on the CIC website. So based on all I've heard, it looks like my score should be eligible for today's draw ( if there is one. I believe CIC doesn't officially confirm any date/time before a draw.). As my profile is only a week old, i just wanted to confirm my chances on a forum such as this, where a lot of you are bound to have way more knowledge than me.

Yep, as soon as you get the ITA on your profile, you can immediately accept it.

You don’t have to worry with your CRS 480 and you will get your ITA with today’s draw for sure.
It was just not right time to ask in my opinion while some people with CRS below 440 are hoping for today’s draw. All the best!

I missed again today. sitting at 440. my IELTS speaking is 7.0 but if i get 7.5 then i get additional 3 points. Is it worth reevaluation ? What is the process and will it affect other scores in anyway ? Cost involved ?

Please suggest.
