The draw might have already taken place. CIC might just have to update the page and they have got the whole day to do it.
If this is the case, we'd hear about people getting their ITAs, which hasn't happened.

It is a witty response but is not statistically sound. It is not even that hard to search this forum for the word "Doctor" or "engineer" and you will see what I am talking about. Youngsters have found it difficult to land a relevant job in Canada. Dude I was talking to had a managerial post in the US. I was teasing him to not feel too down as we had discussion in the other thread.
Oh my bad. I was trying to lighten the mood.:)

1. MPN score is different from CRS.
2. OINP is inviting scores slightly less than previous EE draw and some additional internal criteria which no one knows.

PS. when you said MPN i'm assuming you are saying about Manitoba PNP
Ok....*MPNP

My point was that a .5 is already a miracle especially because these subjective tests like Writing and Speaking have been monitored quite strictly. So chances are you won't get that .5. Be prepared to take the OINP.

It pains me when a gullible idiot says something like this:

Wait, what CLB are you in again? There is only 3-point difference between 3 CLB 10s and 1 CLB 8, how did you come up with +40 points there?
I did TEf and IELTS, IELTS I got, 9 Reading, 8.5 Listening, 7.5 Speaking and 6.5 Writing. If I get 7 in writing, my CRS will jump to 480.
