After their big announcement in November 2017 to increase the numbers accepted into the FSW, CEC & FST class, and of which I presume their aim is to get more people interested in applying for PR in Canada, why will they suddenly turn around and begin to issue less ITAs and fewer draws? That will indeed defeat the purpose of "Canada Immigration Plan for 2018-2020". So I strongly believe that this shortcoming is for a while and we shall see things turnaround soon.

If we see in the last 2 months.. twice they had a draw after 3 weeks.. they are consistent with 5500 ITAs in a month.. most probably they will achieve their target with couple of additional draws if required... we need to convert ITAs into successful candidate and need to consider family factor of 1.9 with each successful candidate.. they wont be far.. real hope I see is...if the no of new candidates decreases in the coming months then CRS would drop...Just assumptions.. I hope its not true what I said..

By the way i wish there is a draw on 31st Jan.. so that I would get through if it goes below 440..

I don't like this 2750 trend. I can't believe it only went down 2 points. Why the sudden increase in people with such high sores? With all the nomination programs opening up wouldn't that mean even note people with 600+ ??
buddy, you have no idea how many people from the US are applying to Canada immigration after Trump is sending chills down their spines!!!

Would all ITA be used and turned in PPR for the family, they would need even less ITA.
Just so you know
The Express Entry target for 2018 is 3200 more than 2017, not to mention every province have also increased their quotas as well. So there is no way the draw size remains the same throughout the year. If anything, there might be 1 or 2 more draws this year as compared to last year.

There is no way to guess how many candidates would be accompanied by dependents, so in a way the situation would still be the same as last year.

Again,
With all those increased targets, they would only need app. 49k ITA if no ITA would be wasted (no declined ITAs and no cancelled or rejected applications).
What you miss in the picture is the % of those wasted ITA and unlike us, they do have better idea about it now.
So what if the real wasted % is lower than what they have calculated back in 2017?

can someone please advice?
I am at 431 and am thinking to recreate my profile since there seems to be very little chance of score coming down for a direct ITA. Should i recreate my profile now or should i wait untill OINP NOI are issued for scores below 430 and then recreate one (because am thinking OINP takes the latest profiles only and am not sure when they will take issue for score below 430).I dont want to miss the NOI by recreating it late also

Check your EE profile and check the selection of the province section. If you choose all and nothing else, you should have 2 additional clauses on the bottom talking about the data collection for Ontario and BC (of course unless more provinces have it by now). You need to tag those separately as well, that you agree.
True, this is nowhere written correctly, but I am following common logic. If they need to put such additional text, then they need it for legal purposes. Then it would be a common sense, that their program does only collect profiles that have it tagged.
I did experiment with it in my time as well. When I did double highlight (ALL and Ontario), the text has disappeared.
I had to un-tag everything then tag only one option (Ontario or ALL) to see it again.
And once it was back I had to agree to it again (even if I did it before).

Hence my assumption of a poor programming of the application form (it would not be the first time, anyway).
And since this bug is not a problem for majority (those hat follow other provinces or those that go for the direct ITA), they never bothered to correct it (at least not to my knowledge).
Read your reply and a few more posts on this after this post. Thanks for the clarification. However, I just recreated 2 Profiles last weekend, one mine and other of my brother. In my case I selected only the “all provinces” option and also checked the boxes for Agreement for Ontario and BC. But, in case of my brother, I selected all the provinces individually and also “all provinces” tab, yet I was able to check / select the agreement for Ontario and BC.

I will double check both profiles again. Thanks for sharing the observations.

I have found my birthday mate! Happy birthday in advance. I am currently at 437 and will loose points come Feb 16. As much as I would love to say "crap", it's a blessing to see yet another birthday even if it comes with losing points.
Nevertheless, I am hopeful that at 432, I'll get an ITA pretty soon. There's pretty nothing I can do to increase my score as I maxed my IELTS, so must continue to hope and pray that the cut-off comes down.
You can recreate your profile and hope for NOI from ontario, honestly, at 432, there pretty good chance that CRS will not get there till August if we continue to 2750@two weeks.

I believe this depends upon when your EE profile loses 5 points due to age. Look at it this way: it is improbable that the CRS will drop to 431 before April at this rate. So you need to explore the PNP option a bit more seriously.

Hello everyone, I just cleared my Ielts today, and I got my Wes done.
Can anyone guide me as to how to make an EE profile?

It's not hard. Go to this page and create your account, once the account is created, go for express entry and answer some questions.
