I was collecting documents for OINP and this news from OINP just screwed me all over because I don't stand a chance for direct ITA and was hoping for OINP NOI now there is no way to get it....well I don't have hopes for 2018 anymore will try 2019...best of luck to you all...

The OINP update is not so good. They are already having their own draw. And the cut-off is as high as the EE

I hope they’d eventually send out NOIs to less than 400 again.

He has already given his prediction for today's draw a few times. He said around 440. I think 443 +/-2.

Past few weeks have taught people to not have high expectations and even predictions. Nothing is clear until the draw is done and published on the CIC website. Wait for 5 hours and you'll see the results IF THERE WILL BE A DRAW TODAY.

Let's keep our expectations low. The last two draws had a 3 week gap and then came with 2750 ITAs / 446 CRS cut-off. So we may even not have a draw today.

No, he didn't share excel table. But he has talked about it in the following posts:

Around CRS 440 if next draw happens on Jan 24th with 2750 ITAs.

At CRS 441, I would say it is very risky to recreate profile. The Jan 24th draw could be around that score and you don't want to miss the ITA due to the tie breaker rule.

Risky to recreate profile with CRS 442 as you might get affected in the next draw.

It should be around 440.

As usual your point is very logical, so I guess this is quite a pivotal point and today we will know about whether cic is is rhythm with cic or walking on different path.

So, even if we consider the worst case scenario, How far do you think about the direct cutoff can fall in the couple of months from 446?

Next, what do you think about how far can oinp go till they achieve their quotas of 6600?

I must say this is the trickiest situation for everyone above 400 to 440, especially people at 430 -440. Your insight will incredibly help to pacify our anxious days. Thanks

Let's assume they strictly follow the 2 week gap draws + 2750 ITAs formula, then it could come down again to the mid-430s range. A few 1 week gap draws here and there could push it below the 430 barrier too. But to tell how much exactly its not possible.

Also, the quota for OINP HCP would only be around 2500-3000 as their are other streams which would use the remaining quota.

JAN 24, 2018 - DRAW PREDICTION:

I have come up with the prediction for the 82nd draw.

If it happens today (Jan 24) with:
2750 ITAs - CRS 441
3250 ITAs - CRS 439
3750 ITAs - CRS 437

The variance in the above calculation is +/- 2 CRS.

Please find below the CRS cut off in case the number of ITAs issued is more/less than the predicted ITA count:

No it's not early days for me any way will monitor the process for any changes but I stand a chance only by OINP in 2018 which was changed in Jan I feel I should have applied in Nov but was occupied with Major thing hence could not. I will only be hopeful if ITA number increases or OINP sends me NOI...
