Hi All ,
I have a question regarding PCC .

I applied for my FBI PCC in Aug 2017 and received the same dated 5th Dec 2017. In the meantime I had to leave for my Home Country(India) on 24th Nov 2017 and came back to US on 16th Dec 2017 . Is my FBI PCC invalid now ?

Thanks

They basically gave NOI to people who will receive ITA soon except CIC is trying to play a game we don't know.

At 427, gonna be 422 end of February, everything just seems so scary right now. I'm trying so hard to understand why OINP is giving NOI to candidates btw 440 and 446. Something is definitely going on, I just can't figure it out. CIC is getting dodgy.

Not just CIC, OINP too.

Giving NOI to people who will get ITA soon, so tomorrow cutoff will tell us what their aim is. If its 446 again then I guess they already have an arbitrary minimum crs.

Hi,

With increase in funds requirement in Jan2018, I am stuck in a peculiar situation. We are family of three and funds requirement has increased from $18825 to $19092. I have one six month old FD which I will be using for POF, amounting to 19215 (converted from Indian Rupee to Dollars). My worry is, if there fluctuations in currency, then I don't have any funds to show for the fluctuated amount which are six month end.

I have following options for which I need your opinion.

1) I have one running account which has $2000-$2200(converted from Indian Rupee to Dollars) every month but I can't show them as six month old funds
2) I have PPF account which is 6 years old and has approx $16000. I don't think it can be used.
3) I have 3 year old Employee provident fund having approx $6000. $3000 are my part of salary and rest are of my employer.

I want to know which of these I can use as POF or can I use gift deed for some amount from my father if its three month old as POF.

Also, can three month old funds but less than four months be used as POF.

Awaiting your enlightenments!

Awaiting for some seniors response.

Their system is not fair at all! Why did they target only those profiles that were created from first to 19th January? I have been in the pool long before them.

I just want to understand is it mentioned anywhere that people below 440 will only get NOI and if people higher scores are applying the obviously CIC would give them preference

OINP has given me a shock. I feel my dream is coming to an end. OINP was my only hope and then they do THIS.
Are you going to recreate your profile? I'm thinking of doing it now. Mine is created in October with CRS 407. Like you, I'm also rooting for OINP :(

That's why we are in this Ray of Hope guys! ;)

You are correct it is not mentioned anywhere but we just think that these people will obviously get direct ITA. Going through PNP is the longer route for them to get ITA and with extra cost.
