I really hope the score is not so high and they have back to back draws .. bcz right now we don't even know that jan will have 2 or 3 draws ..the score completely depends on this how many draws we LL have this month
Fingers crossed!

If there is a draw on the 10th and then a 2weeks gap, what are your thoughts on that? Jus hopeful for a low cut off because the 1st and 2nd draw is crucial!
I am thinking there would only 2 draws in january somehow!!

10th Jan: 448-454

31st Jan: 442-448

IMO, I don’t think the CRS scores would change much from the last predictions of between 438 and 442. The reason is there isn’t much activity in terms of Ielts and ECAs. Except for provincial nominations, I don’t really see where the increase will come from cos the pool composition may not change much between last week and this week except a large number of ECAs are released. Maybe someone could explain. As per the H1B visas, since most of them would still have to go through the same process, rather than really high CRS scores, we might just see the tie-break rule in effect much more. Just my thinking though.

Thanks.I was actually asking if after submitting documents and fees to Ontario, and I see the crs dips. Will i get the invite or will I be out of the queue during the wait for OINP result- approval or rejection.
You will remain in EE pool as a candidate during the entire OINP process. This means that you will be eligible for a direct ITA through out until the time you receive and accept the provincial nomination in the CIC portal. At this point 600 points will be added to your CRS and you will become a PNP candidate.
Best of luck

I have been surprised and disappointed with the not very frequent draws with low quantity of ITAs. But maybe they had almost reached 2017 targets and were holding back for a while. But they can't keep giving so few ITAs, as they have higher targets to meet for 2018. Also, it appears that the 2017 PNP targets have still not been met, as on December 18, Ontario was suddenly given more quota for 2017, which resulted in unexpected nomination and ITA for me and a number of November OINP applicants, and even more have been nominated in the past week still with the 2017 quota. So perhaps they have been focusing more on PNP applicants and will need to catch up with everyone else soon, now that the holidays are over and the new year has begun.
Glad that you got PNP nomination. My CRS score is 441 and still waiting for ITA. Inorder to get Ontario PNP nomination, do I need to select Ontario in my express entry profile? Right now, I have selected "Any province".

You should select Ontario with other provinces you are interested in, or selecting 'Any province' is sufficient.

You will be eligible for direct ITA until you accept nomination. You have 30 days from receiving nomination to accept it. Depending on your profile and timing, it can take anywhere from 5 days to 5 months from submitting your application to OINP to receiving nomination. Once you submit to OINP, you are in Submitted status and then advance to Assessment and then Decision in Progress statuses before you are nominated. If you receive direct ITA at any time before you accept nomination, your OINP application is automatically withdrawn. If they OINP has not started processing your application (your status is still Submitted), you will also be refunded the $1500 application fee.

I live in the US on H1B. A lot of people here are talking about Canadian PR. I had taken the IELTS back in 2015 and only 2 or 3 Indians were taking it then at my center. I took the IELTS in December and there were a lot of Indians there. I regret not applying for PR back then when I received ITA multiple times. Now sitting at 451 because of age, I am concerned that it won't be so easy.
Why did you not apply for PR when you received ITA? Although 451 is still a very good score that should fetch you ITA this month.

Hi @trumprefugee

Congrats on your successful application. I am sure you will get your PPR very soon :)

Pls pray for us and be with us as I am sure we will need you to support and guide us.

According to your experience, what do you think about when can a person sitting at 435 receive his ITA? The start of the year was not a good one so what we are only left with is hope : (
Thank you. I will pray for you all, but at 435, I think you should receive ITA at the end of this month or maybe in February, if there are 3 draws in January. They have slowed down a lot lately, but they are going to have to pick up the pace soon to meet 2018 targets. Please pray for my speedy PR as well :)

Do you know how many nominations OINP sent out recently? Thousands? This will have a big impact on the cut off...

I don't know, but it's not thousands. I am guessing maybe 100 since they got the unexpected increase in 2017 quota on December 18.
