Got my ECA after 3 months today, and immediately filled my express entry profile (previous one expired). Too bad that I missed the draw by 4 hours. Now looking forward to the next year.

Hello to everybody!
I was wondering, I submitted my ee profile 2 days ago and I have 457 points, but I didn't get an invitation in this round today ,is it ok? Should I wait for the next round? I also applied for PNP in my profile, is it possible that I now need to wait to be invited by province I chose , before they invite me?
I would be grateful if somebody can help me.

Just a Query. I am married now and staying in Canada with my spouse on open work permit. Our score is 425 right now. but If I apply with "spouse not accompanying" score rises up to 453. May I know If I can apply like " Spouse not- accompanying" ??

Yes you can. Once you get PR, you can sponsor them

Draw 81 - Jan 3
Draw 82 - Jan 10
Draw 83 - Jan 24

Draw 82 would mostly be a 1-week gap draw.
