Very cruel from them if there's no draw today. Seems they don't want the score to dip at all.

They've posted results as late as 5:30 PM local Canada time so there's no need to lose hope just yet. Hang in there. Hope for the best and whatever will be, will be!

Hopefully there would be a draw today.. there have been instances where draw came later in the day.. so let's just hang on.. it is first draw of 2018 after all and hopefully a BIG ONE :)

There may be chances that they have just opened today and are not ready with their systems.. Last time since it was 4th,they got enough time... Let us all hope for the best...!!

too late, no draw today for sure.

better luck in another 3 weeks where they will then increase CSR to 460 and decrease ITA.
So fed up with these guys playing games with us.

Increase or decrease of CRS cut-offs has no direct relation with the early or delayed dates.

Agree, that the number of candidates with higher scores might increase if its delayed, but at the same time IELTS score of many people expire with delays (and they become ineligible to apply), age increases (lowering their score), they get married/divoced, etc, etc which will balance out the high scores.

Moreover, we've seen in the past that cut-offs have no fixed patterns (moves in both directions) and fluctuate greatly at times, so just be relaxed buddy !

I think they don't want to have 3 draws in a month so will only have a draw next week. 10/1 24/1 7/2 21/2 look better than 3/1 17/1 31/1 14/2 28/2 (two draws at the very end of the month).

What you are saying is wrong, in 2016 and 2017 they had two draws in the first two Wednesdays of January.

It doesn't get balanced out. The more the gap between draws the higher the CRS cut off because more people would enter the pool at higher scores or increase their CRS with time.
