max i can get with CLB 10 is 419.
should i try for that?

Please do some French training and courses in six months you should be able to have decent French. I guess you get extra points. That's I think 30 points.

30 points if you reach NCLC7 on all 4 tests.

Plus...

6 points for each test that you reach NCLC9

So...

30+6+6+6+6 = 54 points for French, maximum. :p

The scores should & would be between 435-437 for tom...I dont see a bigger drop in this draw unless we see a 3500 plus kinda draw size...however i do feel that 430 & above will get cleared before the end of the year & we cld end the year around the 425-430 mark
Let us hope so...waiting with 430 from August

Here it is:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/refuse.asp

Section 11.2 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) includes a new authority that supports the Express Entry system.

Under section A11.2, an officer may not issue a visa to an applicant who did not or does not meet the Express Entry minimum entry criteria (MEC) or did not or does not possess the qualifications for which they received their CRS score at the time when

  • the invitation to apply (ITA) was issued; or
  • the e-APR was received by IRCC.
Thank you!

Ladies and gentlemen, I have perfect news for those who have difficulty to get DUBAI PCC, yesterday I sent them a message regarding PCC procedure and just got good news: as of now everyone who lives outside of Dubai may apply online for a PCC and the most important part is that NO Emirates ID number required. Here is their website link: www.dubaipolice.gov.ae
Apply online, search good conduct certificate request from outside UAE, choose that you don't have Emirates ID and available cellphone number, and you are good to go. Just wanted to share with you all as I got an official confirmation by Dubai Investigation department on PCC issue, applicable fee is 150 dirham if you request English PCC or 50 if it's Arabic version. Good luck everyone!
Did you upload finger prints?

I have my paper based PCC, but will try for new one, I guess they will ask your fingerprints
I went through the online portal and it says that biometrics are must and should be mailed through courier to their post box. Now the problem I have is that I am based in Qatar and if I get the biometrics then I cant get them attested here. So frustrating.

someone i know just applied online and received it via email the next day and got the original delivered by courier after around 10 days without uploading biometrics or providing it anywhere. Another person i read on another forums applied and has been waiting for his certificate for about 2 weeks so today i have taken a chance by applying online and paying 320 Dirhams for my wife's certificate. It did not ask for biometrics. Let's see what happens. Also, from my research, you can make biometrics from a police station in the country you live it, get it attested by foreign affairs and submit PCC application at the UAE embassy or Consulate there. I will do it if the online one doesnt work out.

Hi guys - I have 445 points right now so hopeful to get ITA soon. However I am thinking about Australia as well and I have calculated my points to be 65-70. Australia is also a very good option and seem a bit better (warmer and higher pay) so maybe I apply there as well. Does anyone here apply for both countries? The only downside for me is the cost of applications for both.
