Hello Everyone, I am planning to put up my file for Express Entry. Done with my IELTS, R 6, L 6, W 7, S 7 (not as expected) and my age is 35. I have consulted few consultants and they are saying that I have 441 points, whereas when I put the details it is coming around 300. Am I doing something wrong? Any Help?

Hi, you have to rewrite the IELTS. No way you’re getting 441 with that band. Aim for at least 7 in reading and 8 in listening. All the best

Ray of hope #79. Still waiting at 434 with IELTS about to expire on Jan 9th. Waiting for Uk police report and we are good to go. My plan is to get ITA and submit before IELTS expires. Not giving up.

I received ITA today, I already have my PCC from psk India, issued on July 10, 2017.
Just to know, do I have to reapply for PCC or it will be valid till my e-apr.

PCC have the validity of 6 months. Assuming there isn't any stamps in your passport post to your PCC, you are good.
If you made any entry/exit from the country after you acquired PCC then you should get a new one.

Once you get past the e-APR stage, all the documents you submit will retain it's validity until the process completes.

In which NOC do i fall
4021 college instructor and lect or 4011 university lecturer and professors
As i have got more than 4 years of experience working as an assistant professor at a college
I have tought UG and PG students
Please help

Confusion is shouldn't it be valid, when I will land after all the proceedings.?

As far as i knew, at the time of landing only the medical and passport shouldn't be expired.
Medical , at present carries the validity of 1 year and I believe your passport expiry date is not close to 2 year mark.

Pcc validity won't interfere with your landing. The whole EE process itself will take 6 month hence it is weird if the officer expects your PCC should be valid at the time of landing. Isn't ?
