You need PCC from all countries where you lived for more than 6 months continuously - not as total. Shorter visitor trips doesn't matter. CIC can gather that easily from your passport stamps. Besides I94 should have your travel history end to end. And even if you don't have departure stamps from US, you must have had arrival stamps from whatever the country you are landing for sure right.

The correct info is on CIC website where as one required to have PCC for all countries where he/she spent 6 months or more accumulative after 18 years old.

But this site only gives you last 5 year record. What if you need older data ?

I would disagree. You need a pcc from all countries where you have stayed for more than 6 months.

Even if you made short multiple trips, if the total number of days after the age of 18 exceeds 180 days in a country, you need a ppc for it.

How does the tie break really impact the profiles?

On one hand I understand that at a specific score, the older profile at a specific time might get through. But we have seen that OINP was selecting newer profiles in the last few batches.

Is there a flip side to this?

Nope. Thats it until the post ITA procedure where you will need the following for all your dependant children.
1. Passport
2. Birth certificate ( In english)
3. Medical
4. Digital photo

Hi All,

I have got invitation yesterday since my score was 443 but I am in dilemma! Express Entry profile increased by 10 CRS automatically last month. As per date I am completing 3 years of Work experience on Nov 29th but crs 10 points added last month it self.

I search and found that ppl suggest decline invitation and wait for new one after Nov 29 however there are some positive comments with regards to this situation I am able to find.

Does VO recalculate points based on No. Of Hours worked 1,560 = 1 year or 52 weeks = 1 years?

Does anyone has any experience dealing which such situation and receiving success.

@ abhishek_89 , I have a question for you , the 15th Nov draw was based on the CRS pool as of Oct -26th or before that ? I do not think it was based on Oct 26th.

Based on the numbers below and if IELTS results are not coming out until Nov 22 (I think so,may be wrong ) , there will be less number of candidates entering with higher CRS score in a week .

if the draw happens based on Oct 26th CRS pool on Nov 22nd then for 2800 ITA

Total = 2800

The above is simple math based on the CRS pool and # of ITA ,so the score would be around 430 if the draw is happening on 22nd. what other things can influences these numbers ? I am following your predication but just not sure how much % variations are possible.

True somewhat I too have a similar observations.... Not sure how senior members respond to this... But it's just CIC who has to decide the draw size....

As per me the duties of 4021 match perfectly with your experience. I am in the same boat. I was thinking 4011 matches for me. But it also requires active research along with teaching duties. If someone experienced can suggest on this!!

The count remains of people < 439, based upon the statistics shared by CIC, October 26 approx. 1000 profiles were there above 440. With past 2 draws roughly 4700 invites already given...
More than 5000 still between 420-440 range....

Hopefully back to back draws in coming weeks of around 2800 invites may pull CRS to 420s....

Not sure if CIC follows the same logic... I pray they do to clear up the pending people stuck between the band 413 to 433, who are there for past 6 months (the last draw of 413 was around May 2017)....
