nope. It is Just :45 PM here in Toronto. We have till 4 more hours to hope.
Jagan Bhai, that gives us a window until 12:30 AM GST or 08:30 PM GMT.The fact that CIC would have seen huge traffic to their site today itself would prompt them to conduct a drawI remember one draw had happened around 2:00 a.m. IST... So clinging on with faith on Thee
Correct me if I al wrong, I think toronto is est and the drawing time is according to utc time.
I am starting to loose hope. I don't think there would be draw today. Best of luck for next week everyone!!

you have a great solid chance to get ITA before end of this year. May not today but defiantly by 20th December. Pray for others. Mine is 431. But I want to have a draw today for at least with 436. Just pray for rest.
I know how it feels to loose scores for age. I lost five points early this month, then I decided to get the WES evaluation done for my wife's degree. We all will get the coveted ITA soon. Lets hope for the best.
I will wait couple more hours before start hoping again for next wednesday draw.
