If ur ECA report is with you & the relevant degree certificates, then you don’t need anything more...
Next step for you is filing eAPR for which you need to scan and the ECA & the degree certificate (s) and make it all into one single pdf of less than 4mb and upload.

I am from India and did both my masters and bachelors assessed...I scanned the ECA for masters followed by Masters degreee certificate and then ECA for bachelors and degeee ctfcr for same in that order..

Your agent is either ignorant or is trying to make things up so that he can take advantage of you..
Tell him he will face dire consequences if he tries to mess up...or tackle it is an amicable way so that he doesn’t screw up ur case..

from here on, all you need is your ielts , ECA ,work exp letter , PCCs, eMedicals , photo as per spec , personal history for last ten years, travel history for last ten years etc.
I did all of mine in under 4 hours...

Lure him to help you proper saying few of ur friends were asking about them and you’d refer once your ppr is through...

This draw was definitely a rejuvenating experience. Many like @pessacanada and @Mithu3 got ITAs.
Really I was a bit broken for the past few months, but now I feel ray of hope is knocking on all doors.
It's very true that good things don't come fast
And most importantly cic is the man of the series - unpredictable but takes centuries at crucial hours

Stay strong and positive dear...you are so close to an ITA ..may be the next draw ...can get you the golden ticket

Desperately waiting for ITA with crs 428
Hoping to get it before mid Jan as will loose 5 points on 19th Jan. This is the first time in my life I'm not waiting for my bday

Jan is way too far....you will have it by Dec end..just get your papers ready so that you are quick to submit your application

Oh gosh, that would be the best best Christmas present ever!!! Even better than my getting OINP before Christmas (my application is still sitting in Submitted state ... but I wouldn't mind it staying there until Christmas if the CRS drops enough!!)

Lets just get nostalgic about our beloved CRS. If u all can recall the draw of November 2016 a year back the CRS was at 470 followed by a PNP specific draw with 786 points. This year November we are at 439 and this was preceded by a PNP and a program specific draw.
November 2016 had major changes in the scoring system and many who had canadian experience and education were given additional points and the subsequent draw post changes shot the CRS to 497 and every one was feeling the abyss. But again it came back to 475 ending the year high and dry.
But the beginning of a new era in 2017 from January though started with a high CRS of 468 it also gave us high hopes that the score will come down.
From 475 in December 2016 it came down to 413 in May 2017.Though the gap between each draw was a marginal 6-9 points and pool composition more or less remaining between 60-65k the score came down by 62 points.

I am at 428 with 1 year experience. Should I go for another IELTS Test in early next year? Any suggestions?

The scores are to come down after cic starts with the new 2018 quota, but just keep a track on your preparation so that if required u may have to write again if the trend of score increases.

Me too in the same situation , now @433 but will go to 428 in sometime.

As I understand it, 4011 are those assistant/associate/professors who along with regular teaching activities perform research. They also have m.sc or ph.d students working under them for a thesis or a project. If you think this is exactly what you do, then bingo 4011 is for you!!
