We have quite a similar timelines...I gave IELTS on 14th Oct, got ECA on 20th Nov, CRS 484
I haven't started PCC though..I think in India, people get in a day or within a week (not sure).

In India, you get same day, but the appointment might be available only after 3-4 weeks...
For my US FBI PCC, it'll likely take upto February mid to receive it... so please keep it in mind in case you have lived in US for more than 6 months and need to request US FBI PCC.. it takes 12-16 weeks to get it.

2750 ITAs - CRS 450

The variance in the above calculation is +/- 3 CRS.
