It's like patience level is directly related to your account status.! If you're newbie then it's difficult to find most of the time and it grows as per level. Same applies to type of questions asked as well.

Astute observation. Or perhaps it's inversely related to CRS. I will be putting in a year of school to raise my CRS, so waiting for a draw seems like nothing, lol.

You will get it by tomorrow morning. Last time I got an ITA at around the same time. Had to decline it.. different story though..!!

Now is seems like CIC don't want to increase ITAs untill End of this year.. They are just playing games with people's emotions..So Sad..

Seems they dont want the score to go down below a threshold...or they just want to finish certain quota for 2017.
