Hi samuraili, i am also from Qatar and I am wondering what happened to your spouse’ PCC? I also requested my PCC last Aug and when i saw your comment, i checked my PCC and noticed that it didnt really state my complete stay in Qatar. Maybe because i was cancelled last 2012? The pcc covered only from 2013 to present but supposedly 2009 to present. 2012 my qid got cancelled and came back with new visa early 2013. Was this also the case cor your spouse? If yes, may i know what you showed in cid to give you the correct dates? Thanks in advance and appreciate your reply.

My wife's UK pcc doesn't state her period of residence in the UK. Is this normal?

Now what happened in 2017 from may till now will not happen they have more ITA to be issued as they have leverage and they can send PR even if this year's quota is about to be completed overall things seem same as from 300 to 310 is not much however percentage for FSW FST AND CEC along with PNP have increase greatly this is definitely a good news

They are planning about a 3% increase for FSW and 7.8% increase for PNP for 2018 over 2017, and larger increases for 2019 over 2018. So yes, hopefully in 2018 they won't repeat this year's slowdown from May until now for next year when they will know there are higher targets ahead for the next year.

Hi, go to CEID with your passport and Get PCC for the complete stay! Explain to them and they will provide as they did for me . Show them the stamps on your passport. If you had any old passport, take them along as well or at least give them the old passport number.

Nobody can say anything for sure just wait and watch
You will still have scope to immigrate with oinp even though the score doesn't drop
Ultimately the goal is to land in canada so let's be open for all options
Coming up draws will give a better picture whether the draw size increases immediately or not
From Jan we can definitely expect bigger draws

hold your horses mate...Its just a matter of time ...I have been waiting for 1 year ...you should be able to get an ITA in the month of November ...You are well within striking distance

I joined the pool at 412 , then lost 5 points to age in Feb , then gained 15 points for sibling in June ...Recently upgraded my score from 422 to 431 after scoring a CLB 10 in all 4 modules ...So have been in the pool since Dec 2016 & waiting ..We all will make it for sure...Sooner or later

I let go a chance to immigrate to Canada 14 years ago when i was transferred by Citibank to canada on a work permit ...This time i am extra motivated to make it thru because life doesnt give you 2nd chances too often...Indeed November will be our month ...I strongly believe that , everyone with a score of above 430 should be thru by end of Nov & based on the New Immigration quotas announced , scores should start to go down drastically effective Jan 2018

I will definitely go back there to ask for a new PCC. but maybe when CRS starts to become 430 or lower. Its good that I have seen your comment, otherwise I might have been rejected immediately after ITA. Thanks very much!

I am not sure about UK PCC. maybe you can ask someone who have had experience requesting for clearance in UK. i wouldn't even know that the dates were important if not for the post from samuraili who also happened to be in qatar.

Yes its normal. NPCC issues a certificate with a date of creation on it. The certificate is valid for the period before this date.
