and writing is usually a weak spot for someone who doesn't read/ write that often.but we can always blame IELTS and now CIC for not releasing a draw today

Do u think it's only scored that way for person who are not from an english speaking country? I got 12 listening, 10 reading and 8 writing and speaking

That's why i asked about the IELTS scale!
As we're celebrating festival of lights (Diwali) tomorrow, i guess CIC will conduct draw tomorrow to celebrate the same.
That's what i am thinking. Then how can someone score 12 and 10.
The maximum points that can be allotted is 9 in each section of the IELTS exam
