Considering that there are many new members here, some of them might be legit in posting such messages. But this “showoff” from some people who are well into comfort CRS zone of 435+ is astrounding.

they are back...:p:p

Some numbers that might give us the trend

Q3 2016 5,294 ITAs avg 882/dr
Q4 2016 13,202 ITAs avg 2,100/dr*
Q1 2017 24,632 ITAs avg 3,519/dr
Q2 2017 26,653 ITAs avg 3,331/dr*
Q3 2017 18,135 ITAs avg 3,022/dr

* PNP draw only not counted as draw.

Changes in EE were in Q4 2016 & Q2 2017.

Although i would love to see the # of ITAs in the 3,500+ range but the trend says it will hover in the 3,000 range until Jan 2018 when fresh quota is available. CRS should reduce considerably but next year.

All the souls between 428-432 are restless.
433-435 are quite nervous.
436+ know very well that they will be having an ITA message in their CIC account by tomorrow morning.

So for the sake of category 1: Stop writing posts such as I am sitting at CRS 450, will I get ITA? There are more serious candidates here, who can’t get over the F5 paranoia.
Good one!

It's too early to say but I'm thinking that staying on and looking for a job soon after landing in Canada as a PR would work better for me and my family.

Of course, different people will have different plans depending on what works best for them personally and professionally.

Some people (principal applicants) would land without their families, look for accommodation and jobs and later ask their spouse and kids to join them. Others would do a soft landing and then go back to their current job outside Canada and come back at a later date.

Good luck.
yes my initial plan was for my spouse to land first and look for a place to rent and start job hunting while i join later. But now I don't think I have that "luxury" if CIC truly takes 6 months to process my application, as I did my medicals in march this year. and my Current AOR is in july..
may the odds be in my favour..:(:(
