Yes you can. Ive done it for my high school part. It specifically asked me if i have an ECA for it and i answered NO. Maybe they allow it only for Secondary education.
CIC specifically asks for "post secondary education". I guess you need to include your high school details only if you don't have any post secondary education.

The best is to have it on the company letterhead as per requirement. If this is absolutely impossible the you can go for the notarised reference from your manager. You would also need to add payslips, and other supporting documents like your contract of employment.
