2016 numbers for a start and youve been selective in your copy and paste it actually said 62% actually had the sufficent crs that that had ITA for i.e rest faked it........thats my point if it werent for people declining becuase they arent ready we would have a crs score that truely reflects the pool
I agree with you that people should not get into the pool until they are ready. This will reduce the declines and the CRS, thus giving opportunity to people with lower scores.
However the quote mentioned by me is correct and valid. The ITA issuance to e-Apr ratio is 85% and rejection is a further 3%.
If you read your quote, it says that 62% qualify on "human capital alone" meaning that the rest needed PNP or job confirmation to reach their score. Even if i go by your logic and explanation, the next line says that it has gone upto 90 % by Feb 2017. By the way your quote is also based on 2016 numbers.
"Prior to the set of reforms that came into effect on November 19, 2017, around three-in-five (62 percent) of invited candidates had sufficient point totals under the
Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) to receive an ITA based on human capital alone. Over the period from November, 2016 to February, 2017, however, this share increased to 90 percent."
Best of luck. Hope you get your ITA soon.
