I would very strongly advise against guessing the score and creating a profile. It would be very difficult to explain later on.
If the test was conducted by British Council, you can just login to the candidate area on ielts.britishcouncil.org using the reference number received after booking the test and your email id. Within that, the results tab would show the results.

Oh god.. That "Solanki" rings a bell. Were you the one I corrected with the correct TRF number before??:eek:

That is right, however, please do take note of the result date as well. In Singapore, the online publish date is not always the same as the result date on the report form (this is the date next to the TRF number). Well, you can change it anytime though.

It was given in the US and the link you had shared doesn't have US in the drop-down country list. Not sure if there is any other way(s) to secure the test results? Test was given back in the Medieval times - Nov 19, 2016.
