When will be the next lottery ?? My friend is there at CRS 438, she created a profile 2 weeks back.

Canadian Immigration is not like the H1-B Visas of the United States. There is no lottery system.

If her score is above the cut off in the next draw then she will surely receive an invite. She should probably get an invite if there is a draw this wednesday.

I have a question, if anyone can help me to find answer. I completed my Master's from Canada. I am applying under CEC, do I still need to evaluate my undergrad transcripts by WES? or my Canadian Master's transcript is good enough?

No need of WES evaluation,as u have done ur masters in canada..

Correct.

No need for WES as you only get points for your highest qualification.

It is the only reasonable reason for their unpredictability.

I haven't signed up, and now I am also thinking New Zealand would not be a good option for me, given that they recently raised the minimum score, and it seems unlikely I would even make it to 155, and the country is smaller and with fewer job opportunities. I like living in large cities with many opportunities. I'll need to look more closely at Australia (while I keep praying that OINP will reopen soon or I otherwise make some progress to Canada this year!).

I have a question, do/can/should people change jobs after submiiting PR application?
Does it mean that applicants needs to update the application with new details during the processing and also submit additional experiance letter from current employer( eventually becomes previous employer).
