Guys, as i have mentioned that i got rejection earlier in august, the letter stated that the amount will be refunded, but till now it is not being reflected in my account. Any idea, what can be the matter?

I guess I missed your earlier post. For what reason your request has been rejected? That was an ITA or OINP?
I think once they said the amount will be refunded, that should not be problem, but it may take several working days. Or you can send them letter as well to clarify this situation you have.

Hope you will recreate your new EE profile and continue applying. We are with you, never give up dear friend!

Hi, i am unable to post picture of the rejection letter, As per my consultant, the PCC from any city/ area was not required if the applicant or spouse has lived there for less than 06 months. In my case, my spouse lived in another city for 3 months after being 18 years. Unfortunately, that became the reason of rejection that the PCC for 03 months was not provided & hence your application is not complete. It was unfortunate.
I am in pool again with 425 CRS score, and not at all excited looking at the upward trends of the draws

She lived in a different city for 3 months? Does it mean she lived in the country for more than 6 months and changed the address? As far as I know the 6 months rule is for the country not per city. For some countries a PCC is required for the different provinces/regions.

Don't worry that much, you will get another chance, I'm sure about it. Just be ready this time with no mistake, if it's possible do your documentation yourself, fire that consultant. Save some more money so that you will enjoy your life in Canada and get some coffee for us. This time do not hesitate to us here anything you need or any advice we may provide you.
Never back down, you can do it and you turn is coming my friend :);)

Sir, really appreciate your kind words and giving some hope to me, i was a constant f5 person and it got to me so much that , i have been told by my family, that i am even sleep talking about the immigration process. The rejection actually caused me a lot of depression. I hope, the speculation that the lesser ITA's will be issued and CRS will remain in 430's is wrong and it may drop down so we may get another chance.

Has anyone heard if spouse has a different address in Passport, it will lead to rejection?

Keep your hope alive! Always remember nice things in your life, get some nice imagination in future Canadian life :):):)
CRS would be coming down very soon, we need just 1 back-to back draw and some more ITAs, more importantly CIC agents are about to work now regularly with no vacation until winter break, so surely we will get our ITA soon.
Stay positive and hopeful like we do here!
