I'm not sure why you would be doing this, but yes you can. Do not create a profile using false details. It can get you into trouble.

I have a request...

Can anyone give inputs on the following information taken from the following source;

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-plan-2017.html

For the year 2017, FSW, FST, CEC will have invitations in the range of 67600-75300 and PNP will have in the range of 49000-54000.

Till now the total invitations are close to 69000 which includes PNP also. I hope i am correct...

Based on this information, kindly interpret the situation.

Request the experts to please analyse the information in the link for everyone so that people who are still waiting can set their expectations.

Based on this information, It seems to me that CIC should increase their ITAs limits per draw, however, the same is not happening for some reasons which can be explained by CIC only

These are PR targets set by CIC for 2017. The ITA targets are not revealed as they depend on the number of people accepting or rejecting the ITA and proceeding to get the PR. 1 ITA can result in 2 PR's (in case of primary + spouse). Only PR's are counted towards the target. Hence, you cannot derive a direct formula or relationship between ITA target and PR target.
