Is your noc and work experience related to each other?-YES

I have heard from someone that they need to be related and I am scared since then.-As long as you're claiming points with NOC related work-experience then you're okay.!

I have done Bachelors in Commerce and Masters in Finance and Marketing, but, my job experience is as an online tutor of Maths (for 1st year) then, I got promoted to Academic Counselor and Trainer (my Noc is 4021) and I am really scared.- Studies and Work Experience can be different and if You have Reference letter with Job duties of 4021 then you're okay.!

If we have about 3500-3600 ITA (for the next draws), then i guess we have to wait 2-3 draws. So end of september, or first week of october

This was exactly my thought yesterday. I was back in the office after maternity and 3 days later they served me with the news that I can either be degraded from chief position to senior and work the same job as always for 35% lesser salary or I can get notice period of 2,5 months during which I don't have to come to work and severance pay, but they were hoping that I will sign new position and stay with thwn since I've been working there for 8 years and know all the procedures and the software and I have 2 small kids so I don't have a choice but to accept their miserable offer. I said NO, give me notice period and severance pay and by the way I'm off to Canada I need you to sign reference letter! I laughed last! They weren't happy when I walked trough the door yesterday! Sorry for a long post. So now I'm unemployed for the first time in 11 years!

Way to go girl. I am so proud of you, I don't need anyone to tell me you deserve even more than you are currently being paid how less 35% reduction. I would have opted for your choice too. Btw my guts tell me they will soon run back to you. Please share when it happens. In the meantime enjoy the company of your blood family and we your e- family and hope all works out for you. Without being rude, please don't do this. If you both have a good score you both are going to get ITAs, and that means that someone with a lower score might not get one. There's actually no benefit of creating two profiles, just create a profile for the one with the higher score.

I get your point. The reason for creating two profiles is that I'm on the threshold of getting ITA, with a score of 430, but I'm in a better position to get the reference letter from the current employer in the recommended format. My husband has a high score, but he might have some trouble getting the reference letter in the required format. So, if the score drops below 430, we'll submit with my profile, otherwise try with my husband's.

If the score doesn't fall below 430, it would imply a wait of probably a month for getting ITA with my profile, since my score would drop to 425 next week. A wait of 1 month is not a big deal in itself, but it means that I won't be able to meet my husband for that long, since we have got all the required PCC's and don't want to travel until submitting the application.

And technically, both of us getting ITAs doesn't mean that someone on the threshold would miss out. The cut-off is decided based on how many more hundreds of profiles would be added with every drop in CRS score, and whether that number is within a reasonable deviation from the pre-decided number of ITAs to be sent. It is a very non-linear function, unlikely to be impacted by one additional profile.

Hope that I've not earned the wrath of ROHopers forever...
