Hi I need help with the work experience letters.

I have worked in 4 companies and i have appointment letter and relieving letters for all organizations. My query is about the reference letter.

Somewhere i read that you require a JD printed on the letterhead of the company and that if that is not there, then a reference letter from your manager will do.

Heres my query

1) If the company doesnt give a JD letter, and my manager is also not available, would a affidavit from a colleague do stating my responibilities in the organization?

2) Is reference letter for all organizations mandatory for an express entry? Please do keep in mind im asking for EE and not FSW.

Well, like all the hopeful members, my heart says there will be a draw today but my mind says "don't expect a draw until Sep 6th":)

I have to disagree!! They Specifically said below portion

"Don’t complete your medical exam until you get your invitation to apply. The results of your exam must be valid at the time you submit your application for permanent residence. For this reason, it is a good idea to complete the exam as close as possible to the date you submit your online application."

Please check(verify) the link blow for previous statement:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-how.asp

In addition to that, I have tried to book The appointment for the medical but the doctor's office said I must bring ITA in order to do the medical exam.

+ @jon-son

thank you for bringing it to my attention...

please find below a previous post of someone who completed medical before ita from Canada...

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-im...medical-exam-before-ita-is-it-invalid.279295/

It is mandatory that the medicals should be done through a panel physician & that it should be valid at the time of landing...medicals have a validity of 1 year and I see cic statement that you quoted is meant only to suggest that if someone doing medical in advance has to wait for some time to get ITA and then if it takes some time to complete the processing, medical will have to be done again....
this would have held so true till couple of months back as normal processing time was 7-8 months post eAPR ...that means post ITA around 9 months (provided he takes 1 month)...if someone has to wait for 3-4 months post his medical to get his ITA surely his medical will go waste.

I shall try to get the same confirmed if possible and update. :)

Edit 2
Someone who actually did last year ...
Certain clinics insist for ita letter & some go by passport...and you need to collect some form to be uploaded later alongwith eAPR ..

Oh that was hard luck mate! Lets hope there is a way out other than IELTS. Good u took some time off, hope it helped.
I really wish that something dramatic happens with the draws and scores come down. We might be tentatively left with another 8-10 draws and wish to see all hopefuls near 400 are through.
We need to know what might be the rejection number as on date which makes IRCC decide on the no of ITA's per draw, if they are on higher side then there cud be large draws and score wud come down.
im on the negative side of 400 and unless u get through i wont be through
Thanks Jack! I know, its embarrassing i cannot get the CLB 9 in IELTS or else i could have got ITA early this year. Anyway it is what it is and for time being there is no other way other than OINP to reopen or the cutoff score to decline to our level. Let's hope September brings some real hope for both of us :) If only IRCC can punish those who decline their ITA, we can only wish. Have you maxed out on your IELTS? I believe you have.

Well I have more than one now

1. Any help in increasing IELTS GT writing score, need to increase it from 6.5 to 7

2. Do you see CRS coming down to 426 in Oct?

Try the above hypelinks. There are plenty of materials. Although i am not in a better position rite now to give you much advice because of me own mess up with IELTS. However, you can practice by downloading and online tests from above links. Good luck.

Just read on another post that candidates with 3-Aug AOR have received their PPRs today. Thats a turn around time of 27 days.
Surely the backlog must be finished for this to happen. This means that IRCC should be in a position to process many new applications.
We need to see a huge # of ITAs today.
Good luck to all !!!!

ya i have maxed on ielts April and reached 400 crs from 328 and lost 10 points in June:(

My only option is french or a job offer which are impossible for me, so hoping for some PNP or scores to come down

May God bless us all

What I feel is we got to read articles and understand the meaning of new words and phrases.
In writing there should be a definite flow of all the points. it's something like narrating an incident or idea so that the person otherside should clearly understand what we meant.
Ideally a typical essay needs only maximum 3 or 4 points explained convincingly.

I've seen people post that there have never been four "No Program Specified" draws in a month. I'm not sure whether that limitation is programatic (that's how they do things) or arbitrary (that's how they've happened to do things). Until I see evidence (and not inductive reasoning) that it isn't arbitrary, I say we go with "heart."
