You are so close from the last draw. I'd wait for 2 more draws, if I were you. All the best. :)

Yeah , second that, we r on 432 and waiting for another 2 draws, otherwise will go for IELTS again. Spouse already maxed at CLB 10, need 2 more points, self on CLB 9, will get another 2 points.
The catch is to maintain the score in other modules.
Let's hope for the best.

at least cic should bring in a penal measure by preventing a re-entry after declining at least for 2 months....that way people will be careful...or deduct points for every ita declined 10 points per decline
Exactly... If you are not ready, why join the pool. I have mentioned this severally and I was thing if there is a way of suggesting to IRCC...The pool needs to be fixed. it sucks sometimes...

I differ here. CRS score range of the draw date is not provided. The data provided is a week old and if we analyze the crs and range pattern, there is alway 750+ profiles drawn unaccounted. ( possibly many of them are nominations)

The difference is only one week. Even OINP, which is the most active PNP now, has an average of 500 nominations a month as per their processing time in the last 2 months. The provinces cannot nominate 750 candidates in that one week alone. Bear in mind also that some of the PNPs do not participate in the EE as they are still paper based and take into account the processing time of these PNPs. These are some of the known PNPs:
- Nova Scotia EE demand just opened recently after more than one or 2 years of hiatus and only few were able to register because it closed on the same day it opened
- SINP-OID is paper based
- SINP-EE has only accepted not even half of OINP's.
- AINP is also sleeping now.
- AIPP has started with their EOIs but no invitation yet.
- MPNP takes ages to nominate.

Anyway, you can try to take the average of the 600 range since April. :)

I also suggest you analyse thoroughly the score distribution from the previous draws since the 66th draw (after the June 6th changes), you will know that most of those new entrants fall in the 451-600 and 441-450 ranges. They are from CEC, new Canadian graduates last April/June, with siblings, and Francophones. So there is that.

may be you should post it in their Fb page as a humble suggestion...
And we all will like it and bombard with comments in support ....that will scare off at least some unprepared profiles to move out till they are ready or at least take ita serious and prevent them from declining and joining back instead of sweating it out to eAPR...

oh...I don't know...I've only 50 days left and I'm at the mercy of Qatar ceid ....but i started my efforts long before my EE profile creation ....I'm likely to get it in another 10-15 days...
by the way it's been a while since you've been present here...or have I missed ur posts ?
anyway nice to see an oldie ROHian back here... :)

Yes. Someone can post. Once they analyse, they should definitely take some actions

Dear Seniors,

1 query plz suggest................in my previous passport my mom's name spelling was wrong and I went on with that spelling in my previous FSW application 2014. BTW I got rejected due to selection of wrong NOC. I have corrected my mom's name spelling in my present passport and in my present application I used the corrected name. since, IRCC already have my information from 2014......do u think, this changed scenario will lead to rejection?
Hi, what was wrong with ur NOC selection? Do you mean to say just because ur NOC selection, ur ITA was not successful.
Tia

I don't think so.
Just write an LoE for that matter, and you should be good to go.
Just don't forget to attach any relevant document to that LoE (like the data page of the previous passport, and if it has the page that says "this passport is emittied in substitution of the passport xxxx").

Yes, that's exactly what he/she's saying.
People need to be very careful with the reference letters.
Work Reference Letters, PCCs and unclear PoFs, I beleieve, are the main reasons for refusal of PR.
IRCC is not like the PNPs, they don't seem to be asking for ADRs, they reject the file altogether.
So please, everyone, you need to be very careful with your documentation.
Ask everything you think you don't have clear here in the forums (after being proactively reading in the IRCC webpage, of course), write a lot of LoEs for ANYTHING you think that needs explaining, and only do your e-APR once you have EVERY document ready. Don't send an incomplete file without the proper LoE (in the case it's really impossible to get the document in due time... like, if a woman is pregnant and can't send the complete medicals in the e-APR deadline).

Yes, wrong NOC is one of the common refusal reasons of PR application, usually for managerial positions with duties and responsibilities that do not demonstrate a higher level NOC. This is another edge of OINP or other PNP candidates since the reference letter had already been reviewed by the nominating province. I know SINP is very stringent on NOC selection for their OID streams.

Thank you very much. In my case, I am still not sure about my NOC for my previous job. Tried to check with different NOCs, but really nothing matches. It was an employment for just 8 months, so can I just leave it while completing my profile.
Have read that, that later after ITA I can mention it in the personal history.
Any thoughts.
Thank you

This is the scariest part for me in the whole process. Pretty much confident that the ones I have selected are the most appropriate NOCs.
Is there any magic wand or something to help me..
