Sitting @428, i wonder if at all I'll get an ITA by december 2017.....Any thoughts friends???I mean it looks impossible for the cutoff to come below 430....
nothing is impossible.. At the start of this year, no one thought that cutoff would hit as low as 413. so why cant we expect the same in the coming days?? Be positive:)

You are a primary applicant and you are on CLB 9. A CLB 10 will give you an increment of 9 point in your CRS and if your wife's score is adding 12 points. If she improves her score, you could get maximum 20 points on her language that is 8 points more that she is adding right now. So you could increase total of 17 more points and that will take you to CRS 433. Check the CRS calculator on this website and evaluate how much you can increase.
Thanks Manoj for the insight.
can someone clarify on the POF part. does PF qualify as POF. If yes then in which OINP or Regular FSW or Both

Could not believe that we're still above 430 after 3 rounds in a single month. However no of ITA's decreased slightly. Lets keep our celebrations for the next month for now.

Hello seniors, is there a link that shows the documents one needs to have once ITA is being issued. I'm being hopeful on the next draw. I want to be sure I've got everything intact. Thanks

Need your views please...I am applying along with my wife as dependent...I have maxed out on my points (masters + CLB 10) except age (37 now, will lose 5 points in December) with CRS 430...unable to conclude whether points would come down in the next draw when happens or should I ask my wife to re-take IELTS...ur suggestions welcome !!

What were your wife's individual scores?

This is hard to say really. If the number of ITAs increases slightly, a back to back draw or a reduction of the number of new profiles happens in the coming weeks, for sure the score will hit 430 or lower. But, and it's a big BUT, if things stay as the last two draws, the score won't go below 434-435.

We don't have a way to predict what will happen, but it's not a bad idea to improve your score if possible. I'll go with the IELTS if you can grab a couple points.

Yes PF is valid if it can be cashed out easily enough. If you can't access it until retirement or something like that then it doesn't work as far as I know

And it works for oinp and fsw

Hmmmm...I was thinking on the lines of IELTS as well rather than relying on CIC to lessen the cut-off...thanks much for your thoughts !!!
