Sorry to hear that buddy.. But what happened, why did they reject?. Wht mistake did your consultant make?

My spouse had lived for 3 months in another city when she turned 18, he gave me check list for PCC after those 3 months. I got rejection on the basis that your application is not complete as PCC for 3 months was not submitted.
My consultant, though said, the rule is if some 1 has lived under 6 months, PCC is not required, he started giving me answers that it was just bad luck on your part and it was a harsh decision.
Got rejection in August !
