I guess it mite take upto 24hrs to receive the email.. must be order of application numbers.. keep calm, its coming..
I didnt get anything as well I submitted my application on 21st and it is showing the effective date is 22nd. I update my personal info yesterday but wasnt any change to my score and it showed transmitted. I had an email regarding an update in my account yesterday morning. But no ITA yetDate submitted aug 19

I think is just matter of time I am sure we will have it tomorrow by end of the working day. I think it is based on the submission date so we are last ones

Wow, what a surprise! Waited for the draw, was disappointed and went to sleep. Woke up and saw that there was indeed a last minute surprise draw, and the cutoff was exactly at my score. Got my ITA couple of hours back. Congrats to all who made it this time!
And all the very best to others! There is always hope and it's just a matter of time. My CRS was at 395 and it dropped to 390 last month (birthday). I thankfully cleared IELTS CLB 9 this time and increased my score to 434. Hopefully the CRS will fall below 400 by end of 2017.
