This is all the decision said...the letter my supervisor signed was prepared by me.........actually major portion of my responsibilities matches with 1112 (Financial Analyst); by the time I applied in 2014 the quota was already filled.......so I had to resort to 0111 (Financial Manager)......I tried to make the wordings as close as possible......but it didn't work out..............this time I have the opportunity to apply in 1112 since there is no such thing as quota. But the rejection ghost is haunting me......
OK thanks for the info. Hopefully you will have no issues applying under code 1112 this time. But now I am getting worried that the listing of duties in my reference letters might not be detailed enough. Do you guys' (and now I'm asking anyone here) letters list specific technologies you've used (especially for the IT people) and/or include examples of projects you have worked on?
I thought to keep things general and concise, but now I'm thinking I should at least ask my current employer to give me a new letter that includes some examples of some of the biggest projects I have worked on and include the names of specific technologies and systems (e.g., SQL Server, Java, J2EE, Perl, Oracle, etc.). I have seen some people post reference letters that look really detailed, with over a dozen bullet points, listing specific technologies and programming languages used, and others that just gave a concise, high level overview of job duties. Unfortunately those concise, high level overviews were the ones I saw early on when I was in a hurry to get my reference letters to submit to OINP, so I modeled mine on those and got my employers to sign those. Got the final one on July 24 and was going to submit July 25 only to find OINP closed!
