Your Wife's sister has to be atleast 18 years old.

And her Father needs to have a PR.

Father will only be helpful in getting 5 points for FSW eligibility.

Sister would fetch 15 additional points in CRS as well as 5 points in FSW eligibility.

Relatives in Canada
You, or if it applies, your spouse or common-law partner, have a relative:
  • living in Canada
  • 18 years or older and
  • a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
This relative must be a:
  • parent
  • grandparent
  • child
  • grandchild
  • child of a parent (sibling)
  • child of a grandparent (aunt or uncle)
  • grandchild of a parent (niece or nephew)
Hope that helps

Thanks

That's not true.
It's not about 1500 dollars. @kartheek89 , I am not trying to change your mind in anyway, but I want you to know both sides of the coin before you make a decision.

If you take PNP from a province, you are required to stay in that province only, unless you can furnish proofs of not getting a job despite efforts. Still you have to try for 2 years.
People are not that mean on this forum @mqamar1994 :)

That's not true. I've seen many move from their nominated province in a month to whatever place they wanted to go. As you said we have to show proofs of not getting a job. But its not as strict.

My point is to not wait for things to happen. I dont know about you but many people here have been waiting for years to get opportunities.

I was not even close to being disrespectful my friend. :)

I hope your son gets his PR soon and you too come along with him. You look like a dedicated parent. He is lucky to have you :)

Y

Yep.
The actual score shown on EE profile page is 113 for IELTS
If you get CLB 9 in IELTS, it will effect the scores of your Skill Transferability - Education and Skill Transferability - Foreign Experience as well.

I have 25 in each of those sections because of CLB 9 I bet you have lesser or 0.

Try to select 9th August with 5000 and 4000 ITA's and it will show you true colour. :D:D:D:D

Still this thread can predict better than this. :):)
I tried for today with 3200 and it showed <400 ;)

hahaha no offences taken. I'm just saying that this issue pops up when you apply for citizenship, eventually. You are free to move around in those 5 years, though. :)
