I have this funny feeling there's gonna be a massive draw in november/december with 3800-4200 ITA's and 405-410 points. By September most candidates that receieve ITA will be considered in the 2018 quotas. It was expected that they were obviously gonna slow it down with ITA's and draws (still surprised it went as low as 413). We'll see what 2018 has in store. A change they should do is how they split the IELTS/CELPIP points. Losing 20 points just because you didn't get a 7.5 in writing and got a 7 instead is bullsh*t.
