It states that for 2016 the Target for Economic Class was 160,000
But we never received those many invites.
The below link states that 33,800 invites were issued last year.

Even if we consider 3 people per invite its not gonna be more than 100,000.
I could well be wrong with my theory.
I was surprised they gave so many invites this year. Maybe its the new government. Hope they stick to their plans.
But last year the draws were spread evenly through the year and came every two weeks.
Now the draws seems not to be evenly spread.
But let's all be hopeful. And do you know why?
There will be more than a draw per months in the coming months. And there will be a draw this Wednesday.
