I don't want to say this but there is no chance of that happening even in the next draw.

Next draw, There are all the chences in the world for score to fall at or under 420.
This one will be with in 430. If you look at candidates beloe 450, there aren't much people. Even if you add the two weeks factor, still people at 430 at least, will be easily cleared in this draw if the number of ITAs issued remains around 3500.
