That's way too early for a draw, me thinks. CIC will use the suspense a bit more today and release the results at 10:30am, Ottawa time.

12:13 UTC is the time of the draw, not the updates to the website. The updates appear after an hour or so, at approximately 9:30 AM!!
By the way, we need your presence in our Yukon party. But please come equipped and donned in hockey pads!!

How u were sure that site was updated at 9:30 ?? May be you seen it at around 9:30..
